Constructive Criticism
If you don't know, or do know, the MLG does the same thing with Halo. Watching those could teach a lot about these kinds of videos. Not saying there was anything wrong just needs a tune up. Some of the parts where there wasn't a whole lot of action could have been fast forwarded a bit. No need for any special effects on top of the video. But maybe if it was really epic? :) And if it was maybe like a rewind effect then play it back in slow-mo. A player bar would be really cool to see instead of the scrolling name. Just some things I would like to see in the future with this. But other then that. Good job ^_^

We will look at that for next weeks video. Thanks!

We need some CS:S!

Nice!! But we need more CSS

Totally Agree with you guys but in these videos its up to the fans to send in the videos and we didnt get a single css frag this week!

I just think for next time we need a narrator... umm, somebody who is speaking about the frag.

We already planned on commentating it next week glad to see you guess are interested in seeing that!

Please use some better music that isn't just a loop of itself 100 times. Also, maybe when the song ends, instead of playing it again, play a different song. Just sayin', music is a big part of frag videos.

Next week there will be commentary so you wont notice the music as much.

Awesome skill from the medic in the 3rd one keeping opscomm alive to get all those kills.

I must say I have to record from now on, because seeing that BC2 clip at number five idk nvm. Btw loved the 4th one even though I don't play that game.

Very nice work Media Team, especially to whoever did the editing.

Also, my favourite was the DoD sniper (#2), pretty impressive.

Great Job guys!!! The media team is awesome!!!

:scared::scared::scared::scared:

Now it's time to record more BC2 videos!!!

Alright... I'll be recording some more demos now. I can't just sit back and let frisky have the top spot like that... at least it wasn't in my map :p

Good work, and I'll have some stuff for you as soon as possible.

I think that the eGO media team did a really good job in getting all the clips and organizing them into a video.

Comments on the video (improvments):

Adding an announcer or some type of host. This video was good but it had no commentary, so the motive of it was not so clear. Make sure that there is voice in the video telling about what is going on, and why the video got in.

Making sure that the clips are categorized by a countdown and they can be clearly seen by the viewers so they know, without a doubt the number of the clip. Along with that adding numbers makes the people who submitted videos feel more rewarded, which in a whole leads to more submissions.

While the game clips are playing make sure that the game they are playing is specified, with an announcer (as I said before) or an logo showing in a sidebar along with the players name. This allows viewers who haven't played the game in the clip to quickly identify the game by name.

The audio in the game clips should adjust so you can focus more on the game clip, rather than hearing the music all the time. If you have more music clips, it would be even better if you change the music and make it play quieter during the clip. Remember, the music is just ambiance and is not the main thing featured during the showing of a video clip.

Once again, I would like to congratulate the Media team on putting together so many game clips to produce this wonderful video. I hope you take some of my Constructive Criticism into consideration. Hope to see the next one in the series!

Great job!! :)

Just a little constructive criticism like Celtic,

The fast wording to me seemed a bit excessive, missed a few kills in fast forward motion.
I noticed varying quality between clips maybe make a standard quality record, IE 29.97 or 30 frames per second and set standard resolution across all clips.

My 2cents it's great to see new eGO videos non the less :D

I have to put on a couple of really nice frags from my tf2 sniping experience.

Recording clips of BC2 isn't exactly that easy when your average framerate is ~50. And resizing down from 1920x1080 to whatever I made it (probably like 1280x720) really degrades the quality of the clip.

Ah there goes my idea then lol

Is there anything to keep the clips at the same level?
