Looks like an Iphone, I preffer the Sony ericson X10 Experia or the Iphone 3GS

Samsung Galaxy S is better than all........i have an iPhone 3GS btw
Anyways, heres why the Galaxy S is so good
It's running an updated GPU which is ridiculously good, its like 4-5 times better than the one in the 3GS and until this, the 3GS probably had the best GPU in a phone.
Reason why android still lacks?? Apps......games run like crap on android compared to the iPhone and there still isn't that much. 35,000 may seem like a lot until you realize apple has like 150,000+ and you can barely get any on of them on android that you can on the iPhone.
But what i love about android so much is the operating system and the experience......apple sucks compared to android in this section hahaha
Anyways, perfect combo........amazing android phone plus an iTouch
Oh yea, android 2.2 froyo is nuts and looks extremely promising with the performance boost it brings
GAHHH i wish i had an android now to complement my iPhone 3GS.....maybe i get the Dell Streak which is due to release next month for $500 unlocked

well samsung galaxy is now on commercial & i noticed that the phone is being made for various providers, including sprint, verizon & more. ill have to give the phone a test drive whenever it becomes available. ive barely had my phone (samsung instinct) for half a year & its already slowin down.

Very few games are laggy on my HTC Eris, and the GPS runs like a dream. Sure iPhone has more apps (because it's much older), but Droid has a better selection of free apps imo.
I've been following it closly.
The galaxy is is being released for t-mobile, sprint, Verizon and even AT&T.
Each carrier will call it's phone by a different model, and each will be slightly different. For example, the t-mobile phone does NOT have a built in camera flash (poo!). One of the phones (not t-mobile) has a slide out key-board.
The reviews are very positive about the phone. HOWEVER, there is a few quirks..it seems to freeze up at times. Word is samsung is going to push a firmware update..i'll check it out again after they do that.
also, it's going to be getting froyo as well.
This will be the true Iphone killer (or equal)..and since it's being released do ALL the major phone networks...well...the droid market will continue to increase.
