I just ordered my new phone, the sprint HTC EVO 4g.....its the future in phones with a 1ghz processor 512mb ram and a 4.3in screen. Its better than most average computers a couple years ago.

check it out, better than the iphone in my opinion, plus I can actually get an unlimited data plan for it as opposed to the iPhone on ATT, that now has more "economical" plans that go up to 2gbs of data a month for $25 (which is still more than anyone else.

The plan I have for it is sprints 450 Minute Simply everything plan, for 69.99+9.99 for sprints 4G/Totally unlimited charge. Includes unlimited internet, Unlimited texting, nights + weekends, and unlimited cell phone to cell phone talk. Meaning the 450 minutes I have are only for land lines, which no one uses any more anyway.

I love my droid, Android is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Really wish the EVO had been out when i purchased my Droid.

Once devs catch on that Android people want games too, maybe there will be some iPhone quality games for Android. (Fruit ninja anyone???)

Yeah, I don't get why the iphone has a million games and android doesn't.

iPhone+iTouch has more users.

more users=more $

I think in a few months we will start seeing more quality games for android

I want to buy a nice android phone but Canada only has the Droid and some older phones that run Android.

With iTunes more people are probably going to pay with Apple's software library since they buy music, movies and television on there.

Nice.. i ordered mine as well..i sell sprint phones so i also get a dealers discount on the phone and the plan..:)

yea i have the droid and i love it too, and i second that wanting better games remark

Wow now I wish I waited a little to get my new phone.
I have an HTC Hero.

I had and actually still have my HTC Hero, I actually just sold it on ebay lol. Did you upgrade to 2.1 yet Bassdoken?

Cool, although I like normal 3G phones. Probably, getting the T-mobile Sidekick in a next few weeks.

wow, i've actually found other people that like sprint phones! all of my friends like att better (although i never understood why).

^ Sprint has an amazing selection of awesome phones, also as I already pointed out, sprints service is both better and cheaper. The only thing that is truly keeping at&t alive is their exclusive iPhone/iPad deal.

My bro got his the other night and got to check it out, really sweet stuff. I've had Sprint for about 7 or 8 years now and cant complain.

Part of me thinks I'm one of very few people left on the planet who owns a phone just so that I can call people.

trust me, two listen, i have a friend as well who only uses his phone to call. theres very few people out there who only use their phones to call simply. majority of those w/ smart phones or "texting" phone have upgraded to stay current with the latest technology. i have a good phone (samsung instinct s30 2nd gen) but problem is sometimes the cpu is so slow that it cant keep up w/ my texting speed (which isnt very fast in the 1st place). also theres alot of metal in our apt which makes it hard to keep a signal here. if my dad gets pissed again, ill tell him to call sprint & go 2 retention that they can give us the airave for free. my mom has it (she lives in the country) & she says it works like a charm.
