Timing out issues

Hey guys.

I'm wondering if you could help with with a timing out problem I have. Every Friday night which I play on CS:S, after I play for about 5 minutes I am disconnected from the server. Reason is: Client timed out.

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me why Client's time out and if there's anything I can do to fix this.

Does it only happen fridays? Or every time you play? Or do you only play on fridays?

Usually it means your connection is dropping.

Usually your ping will become very high, you lagg, then dc.

What programs are you usually running besides CSS?

It only happens on Friday nights.
My ping is usually fine and i don't lag. Well my ping is permanently in the 250's so yeah =="
And I usually run the internet, vent, xfire and msn at the same time.

Could it possibly be that my internet becomes slow and it doesn't send enough rates or whatever to the server?
