Just a suggestion -- how about when a bounty is successfully taken down, the hunter himself/herself gets a bounty on his/her head too?

This is a great idea! Dutch dominated three people, so with that said, he has been re-added to the list with a $15000.00 bounty on his head.

Bad Brain has also been added.
