eGO members, will you help me?

Random Windows7 folders are now locked and I can not access them, I get this message.
Access is denied.

The following folders are locked and I can not access them:
My music.
My pictures.
My videos.
Documents and settings.
All users.
Default users.
Ric.

I use Windows7 Home Premium 64bit.
I know there's some prevention in Windows7 that'll prevent things from looping forever, but that shouldn't be the case here.
I do not have a virus, malware, spyware, adware, or anything else malicious on my computer, I guarantee it.
I'm certain I have the proper permissions, unless a a recent Windows7 update screwed it up.

Thanks again for reading.

Check who is the owner of those folders! I've had similar problems caused by missing/invalid owner information.

The following suites all folders:
RIC - full read/write access, owner.
EVERYONE - read only, not owner.
SYSTEM - full read/write access, not owner.
RIC-PC/ADMINISTRATORS - special permissions, not owner.

:/..Any other ideas?
