<div style="width: 500px; text-align: center" align="center">Council needs your help!
Prohibition has been put on Jarate and Bonk, and some members are suspected of bootlegging these products to obtain casino cash.
None of these street thugs (aka TF2 Leadership) are smart enough to run anything on their own. There must be a criminal mastermind behind it all.
This evil genius has hidden himself somewhere in the eGO community. To stop the trafficking of Jarate and Bonk, he or she must be exposed, but Council hasn't a clue who it is.
The Council has authorized a posse to be formed and needs your help to chase down each thug and shake them down for clues to determine who the real mastermind is.
After finding out the clues each member of TF2 Leadership knows, you should be able to identify this nefarious eGO criminal mastermind.
A Novint Falcon will be rewarded to the first person who can identify this ringleader.*</div>

[*Rules]
1. Each member of TF2 Leadership knows one single unique clue to the identity of the SpeakEasy "mastermind."
2. Anytime an eGO member (e, eG, or eGO) successfully obtains a TF2 domination of an eGO TF2 Leader, the player must request the clue from the TF2 Leader.
Clues will NOT be voluntarily offered.
3. Dominations only count while on eGO servers and with all players involved wearing eGO tags.
4. TF2 Advisors know "good" clues. TF2 DL's know "better" clues and TF2 Council members know "great" clues. Choose your domination targets wisely.
5. Dominations obtained via events do not count towards this contest EXCEPT those obtained in Dog Tag Scrims or the Royal Rumble.
6. All contestants must be a valid eGO member. Members who join after the date of this post are eligible provided they meet all other eligibility requirements.
7. Each member is permitted ONE (educated?) guess as to who the criminal mastermind is. Guesses (contest entries) shall be posted in the TF2 Events forum.
8. In the event more than one guess is made by a member, the first guess, by date and time of the post, shall be used as the official entry. DELETED ENTRIES COUNT.
9. This contest runs from Monday, June 7th through midnight, Central Daylight Time, July 5th. Entries posted after midnight, Central Daylight Time, July 5th are not eligible.
10. Entries will not be accepted for ONE week of the date and time of this post. Member entries may begin to be submitted and posted as of Sunday, June 20th.
Entries are submitted in this thread.
11. Once a winning entry has been posted, a 12 hour "timer" shall begin. All valid and correct entries posted within 12 hours of the winning entry will also be accepted along with the first.
12. In the event of multiple correct entries (see #11 above), all of the people submitting correct entries will be entered into a three map arena match (each map being 20 minutes) to determine the sole winner.
The person with the highest cumulative score across all three maps will be declared the winner. If there is a tie for the highest cumulative score, a tie-breaker round of ten minutes on one arena map shall be played to determine a winner.
If there is still a tie, a "sudden death" round will be played. Further details will be posted as needed.
13. Members of TF2 Leadership, eGO Council members, and Community Managers are not eligible for this tournament.
14. Members of Leadership from other Divisions are eligible to enter.
15. The winner agrees to pay a fee for shipping and handling associated with the cost of delivering the Novint Falcon to their US postal address, not to exceed 15 US dollars. Winners who live outside the continental US are subject to higher fees as determined by the Council.
16. In the event the winner refuses to pay shipping and handling costs, the Council reserves to right to declare that winner's entry void and to award the Falcon to the next eligible contestant.
16. Rules subject to change and modification as needed.
Edit:
Entry thread opening date changed from June 14th to June 20th.
