It's been 7 weeks into the season, and here's a little update on how our league is progressing.

With 6 more weeks of regular season match-ups left before our playoffs, just like the NFL, we no longer have any undefeated teams. However, unlike the NFL, we don't have any undefeated teams (poor Buffalo Bills).

Axis division
The 3 bottom teams reside here -- (IO) SA, DrComptonites, and Mr.Wizard, are struggling at 2-5. None of them are mathematically out of the running for the playoffs, though another loss would probably end their chances.

Allies division
On the other end of the spectrum, 3 other teams, Kiwi, Efren, and YoSpankDawg, are 5-2 and leading the charge at the top of the Allies' division. YoSpankDawg in particular, has shrugged off his slow 0-2 start and won all of his last 5 games. Efren is no slouch either, having the league's next-best winning streak of 3 games. Having rushed off to an undefeated 5-0 start, Kiwi is now in a slump having lost his last 2 games, and while he is currently still at the top of the Allies division by virtue of his highest total points scored, he does have the lowest points scored against in the entire league, so his lead is by the thinnest of margins. That said, 6 more weeks is a lot and there is plenty of time for BaCkStAb!, Wewo, and lungbuster4417 to mount a comeback into playoff contention.

Match-up of the week (Week 8)
Efren vs YoSpankDawg - A battle of two 5-2 teams, and perhaps the sole lead of the Allies division, should Kiwi fall to the resurgent BaCkStAb!. YoSpankDawg was hurt by the loss of Romo on Monday, but perhaps the equalizer is the fact that Eli is on a bye for Efren.

Wow, looks like my beginners luck for the first 5 weeks has warn off. . .
two of my top player got season ending injuries. Hopefully I can bounce back.

PS. I have Big Ben is on my bench. Willing to trade for a top RB or TE. . *nudges Compton and pionts/laughs at his Sanchez* xD
 
Lol more like YSD ignored his team for the first two weeks.

I also find myself giving (legit) advice to my biggest competition...it's just that easy. :P

But a tough fight for my third win Monday night and look to move forward from there :)

I could, but then I'd have to mention whomever lost players like Clayton, Avery, Reggie Bush, Stafford, Finley, V.Jackson, Sidney Rice, Pierre Thomas, etcetcetc. The injury list goes on and on this season!
 
Dude, no trading happened, it sucked, I dont have anyone I can give away D: I mean, Im stocked on receivers, But they're all mediocre this season ;-;
