Definitely won't need a 1000w PSU. I'd go with an Antec 800-900w. Should be cheaper.

Anti-static wriststrap not needed, but you can go for it if you want. (Build it on tile/wood and keep one hand on the case chassis)

I would say stay with the X4 and just overclock the crap out of it. (That's what blackeditions are for, anyways)

I'd see if you can find a place with a cheaper Cat6 ethernet cable. Or just go buy the cable and connectors yourself and crimp your own (CHeapest method, plus it's a useful thing to know how to do)

I'd go with a cheaper headset (you'll never know the difference) and save up for some legit sennheiser equipment (Professional Audio ftw).

What kind of GPU are you using/going to use?

That is the PSU i've used for 3 of my builds and I love it. Cheap, effective, and it looks pretty (not that you can ever see it)

Right now i use a 8600gt.

The Cat5e is fine, as long as your router has a gigabyte LAN port so you can actually have 1gbp/s bandwidth.
The CPU is fine, just get an after market CPU cooler (125w is hott!)

Can you get a motherboard that has USB 3.0?

That PSU in the wishlist is VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD! That Antec that you posted is OK, but not the greatest. I recommend this one for your build:
Seasonic X750

It is about the same price, but 900000000000000times better than the kingwin one, and about 2x better than the Antec one.

-much better ripple suppression
-Way more than enough to power your rig

What video card are you planning to run? I've got a hex core running as an ESXi server on an old blue storm 500W PS. Unless you are thinking SLI, a quality 750W PS should be fine.
