my build is DONE !!!!

Yeah... that's hot. I like your choice.

CPU cooler wise though, H50 is perfect. Low maintenance, closed loop system that makes OC easier without as much noise. There are alternative solutions to it that are very similar, but I haven't had any problems with mine yet.
It does make a weird gurgling noise though, which is kind of weird coming from a computer (as opposed to your stomah :D).

Any reason you chose a mid tower? Do you LAN a bit? I would always choose a full tower just to have more room.

chose the mid tower cause it fits better were I keep my comp, takes up less space :P

as far as the cooler...taking the cooler back for the corsair h50 liquid cooler, was o/c it with the help of dbee last night and wow that cooler couldnt hang at all, tried o/c to 3.8ghz @ 1.3 vcore and ran prime95 on it and the temps jumped up to over 80c... so needless to say its going back

If you get the H50, you should consider some better fans for it if you really want to get the most out of it.

Suggestions:
Panaflo's, They are loud, but they move a lot of air, and have good static pressure.

or
Gentle typhoon's, Don't move as much air, but aren't nearly as loud. Have good static pressure aswell.

You would use 2 of either in a push pull config to get the best performance.

If you don't want to get better fans, the stock one is ok, and will be better than the 9900, but if you want 4.0GHz, you will need better fans.

What I think we were seeing last night was the result of bad cooler seating. His temps even at stock , same ambient temp as mine were way too high. Either way, looks like it would be a good idea to get a better cooler while on the job.

got the h50 all installed, its running okay for now... like reflex said ill make it a duel fan config.... plus it takes up alot less space :)

temps @ 3.8ghz vcore 1.3 and 100% load are..... 57-60c and @ idle 34-37c :) put the duel fans on the radiator (just the 2 stock ones i had) and it made a HUGE difference.. ill get better fans later on tho (will post some new pic's soon)

sorry been at work, im using the h50 as an intake w/ duel fans push and pull type intake

You should have it as exhaust, or put the rad in the front if you want intake.
It's blowing all that hot air back into your case, heating up everything else.
