Disabling HLstats in chat?

Well, I took a gander at this old thread that pretty much summed up how to disable the points notification in chat. But, with CS:S it doesn't work.

I want it off to make it easier to read chat/admin chat and so I can just play the game without having to glance over out of curiosity to see how many points I lost.

So, any clues on how to take it off?

I hate to not be helpful here but I also am very interested in how to turn these off if possible, so if anyone has an idea, please post.

Think I got it now after the 3rd try.

You have to disable both, the Events and Global Chat. Weird it didn't work the last two times.

hlx_chat 0 - Disables chat events
hlx_chat 1 - Enables chat events

Commands must be used through chat.
