A little hard.
It's extremely hard to find a reputable site that ships to Belgium.
I think it would be better to buy an HP, but do upgrades (that you configure when buying) on it.

the hp that i show u, the basic version, cost 999.99 €. . just 1 cent under my budget woot . in belgium, thats called marketing (man these crap exams are killing me ). uhm

u should try this site. it is in dutch but, in the left upper corner, u have a list of 3 languages. just select english. it should be automatticly set to "nederlands". just change the language, and ur good to go. i don't know if u can make a pc. but post links of the best parts that together make 1000 €? http://www.computerwinkeltje.be/Default.aspx this is the site

It was nearing 2am.

It doesn't have to be English, I can get Google Chrome, it has a built in translator.
