VAC Kicking Me (Not Bad)

[SoldierX77]

So, I just got off TF2 and was in Jail for CS:S, and this is about the 4th time its (VAC) has kicked me for not having connection to VAC's server... I don't know what that means, and is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
