I'd skip the Blu-Ray player. Very little uses it. Is there any PC based player software out there - don't think there is a free as in beer option.

As for the OS.... There is another option- the Microsoft Tech Net subscription. $200 will get you 10 copies of most MS desktop operating systems - including Windows 7, ultimate edition. Includes other stuff like MS Office 2010 (and the older versions too)

Ugh, sorry I didn't respond for like a month. I had a lot hit me this month and I've been busy, plus my internet went out for a few days and I forgot I made this thread and was going to order a PC.

I decided to save a little cash and was aiming to spend no more than $1200. For $1201 and eighty-seven cents, I got all of this, SHIPPED:

You should of conferred with us before purchasing.
If you're lucky, that PII will unluck into a quad, if not, you'll have a massive CPU bottleneck. And seeing as 5770 are ~ to price as 4870's, why not just get those?
