Event Idea?

Hmm.

Any one watched/like Robin Hood?


I had a great idea.
Huge map.
Snipers in a line.
Huntsman.

Robin Hood event. :)

Pretty simple.
Two groups, all with huntsman and Kukuri or Shiv.

One Captain to give orders.

Stand and fire, then charge, last group/man standing wins. :D

What do ya'll think? :)
 
I havent seen the movie yet but ive seen the old BBC tv series, its awesome!

I remember iGreen running it in a Wacky Weekend event, shooting across the battlements of 2fort.

Granted, one team was cloaked spies and we had to get across without being killed...
 
I agree on the forest map.

I think it should be huntsman sniper only.
No spies.

Good 'ol fashioned Robin hood. :)
 
Funny thing; a while ago, I was working on a forest map. It was absorbing a lot of my time, and I hit a few annoying setbacks that caused me to stop. However, it was looking neat, and what I had planned sound just perfect for this kind of thing.

Now, my computer isn't really up to speed at the moment, and better yet, I'll likely have a job within the week, so the chances of it being done are slim, but if it ever gets completed, I will allow it's maiden run to be a huntsman-only sniper challenge.
 
I think it would need to be a payload map, have have archers and half soldiers on the pushing team. they have to push the cart into a castle with several layers of defense while the defending team is completely archers that tries to attack and kill the other team. I think it'd be worth a try.
