Help i keep trying to download fire fox and internet exsplorer and it wont download

Hmm? What are you trying to say, do you want to install internet explorer?

What browser are you using now, whats wrong with firefox, does it not install?

Its possible he wants FireFox to be his default browser for browsing while having IE as his default browser for downloading, which isn't possible. If FireFix is set as your default browser, and you want to download things with IE, you would have to launch IE manually, go to the page and download the file you want.

Can you start up with any other browser (Chrome, opera, safari)
Anyhow, the first thing I suspect is a malware/virus. Go ahead and do a virus scan.

Of course, this is all assuming your connected to the internet lol. Are you connected? Do a tracert to a random web address (Go to start >> All programs >> Accessories >> Command Prompt >> type "tracert www.yahoo.com" without the quotes.
