Hey everyone; So I just bought a Gigabyte: p55-ud4p motherboard and an intel i7 860 processor. Considering this about cost me an arm and leg to buy I had to skip on buying my RAM. Could anyone give me some advice on buying some cheap, reliable DD3, dual channel RAM? Thanks in advance :D.

PS: I'm not familair with RAM, so if you mention voltages and such, you might want to explain it further for me ;P. Thanks again!

A-DATA Gaming series. Don't get it if the voltage is higher than 1.65v

Thanks for the help guys, I'm checking out the RAM Phobus has linked me! Thanks!

When it comes to building a PC, you never want to go with cheap stuff, period. It's not like that RAM is half the price or anything. I would save up and buy some RAM from Gskill.

What's the point of spending all that money on a good mobo and cpu and then using cheap RAM?

G.Skill is a better, but more costly brand. A-DATA is still good.

Yeah I know what you mean Chapped, but buying these last two products chewed right through my wallet; however, you're right, I guess I should practice some patience and wait for my next paycheck :P.
