PROBLEM: People lying down when dying?

This has something to do with censorship in Australia and Russia, I think that since my countries servers were too busy that I accidently downloaded the new css from a server in one of these countries. Can anybody link me to a thread in the steam powered forums where they show the solution? It would be much appreciated

Bloody, I believe it happens to people under 17, not 18. I'm 17 and I didn't get it, but two friends of mine who are 16 both got it, we live in the same city fairly close to each other, and all got it at around the same time and all off of steam. So thats my current theory.

Ya im 19 and i got it, Its just hit people randomly, Valve will work out. Soon hopefully

We're trying to track down the circumstances where people aren't seeing normal death animations, but instead the low violence ones.

Has anyone found out what makes it happen for one person but not another?

This change was unintentional, and we didn't see it in the beta.

Valve / Hidden Path are aware of the issue and they are looking into it.
