Source SDK Hammer Editor Help!

I am currently making a TF2 map in the SDK Hammer Editor called Barebones, it is a simple CTF map. I have put in 2 info_playerspawn's and edited there properties to each be one team, I also added to flags also edited for teams. I try to play test the game using the option "play test" and all it does is lanches TF2. I try to "Create a Server" and I click Barebones and all it does is mutes the Main Menu music. Whats wrong and how can I fix it?
