I Really need to know a few things.

1) Need a HeatSink that will dominate and cool really well (Not water cooling) but will fit in my case, and accomedate around my specs

2) Where can I find an OverClocking guide for the Phenom X4 965?

3) Is it possible to unlock into a 6 core with my MoBo

4) Recommend any new specs that would be of help? Put up ideas, il veto them at my discression.

5) Will All these parts even work together?!?!?

Thank you for your help.

Let me see...
The motherboard and GPU look good, and for the ram, get either G.Skill kit.
The PSU is total overkill for you build unless you plan on Crossfiring in the future, then it's fine.
As for the CPU, don't rely on Core unlocking, you're not guaranteed unlocked cores, and go for the 955BE because it's $20 cheaper for a bump in the multiplier which you could do yourself.
No, it is not possible to unlock any CPUs to a six-core, they are different architecture.
For that resolution, I would recommend at least a 5850.
Yes, those parts would work.

Also, about the case.
EWWW! It's ugly!
I mean it'll work, but omg its fugly!

It will Have good circulation, if you wanna recommend another one with good ventilation, be my Guest.

Also, the 5770 GFX card is rated very close to the 5850, and is about 50% cheaper from my store (the 5850 being about 350$)

Cooler Master HAF 922/932. Much better. Or Cooler Master 690 II. Or Cooler Master ATC 840.
I sound like a Cooler Master fan boy lol. But I'm not, they just make good cases.

E/ And I recommended the 5850 because it's a lot better for 1080p gaming, and I would classify the 5770 for <1680x1050 gaming, and not 1080p gaming like reviewers say.

Alright, I will look into that, But I have a processor problem XD.

My Current one im looking at, the Phenom X4 965, is nice, but the same price as the 1055T, so im loooking into getting 6 cores, but, is it still decent for overclocking?

Also, if you go to this link... http://ncix.com/search/?categoryid=2-108&q=5850 , could you pick me out one that is nice, or that you can recommend?

This is the one im looking at, tis cheaper

Also, the case I have has a great ventilation, and I can install the HeatSink to face the massive outtake fan, which is supposed to be a pretty Win Combo

The 1055T is a 'better' overclocker than the 965 because it starts out at a lower base speed, but they both get (on average) the same highest overclock, with the 1055T being slightly ahead.
I would go with the 1055T.
I would recommend the cheapest 5850, as they will all perform about the same, within a <1% margin of each other.

I see your running an Antec 300, you like it?

Also, would my MoBo be compatible with the 1055T?

Also, is it a Massive difference between the 5770 and the 5850 on the monitor I plan to use?

and last question, does all my stuff run together?

It's okay, I mean it can fit all my stuff, but I had to mod it for cable routing holes in the mobo tray.
And yes, all AM3 and most AM2+ mobos can run a 1055T.
And yes, you will get much better frames with the 5850.

I think Im gonna go with the 1090T, Its more expensive and ive factored in everything but my mouse, monitor and Keyboard, comes out to 1050$ish.

But, I think ive found something good. the 5830, is it ok?

http://ncix.com/products/?sku=52824&vpn=HD585XZNFV&manufacture=XFX 5850,

http://ncix.com/products/?sku=51934&vpn=HD-585X-ZAFC&manufacture=XFX another 5850

http://ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=51147&vpn=HD583XZNFV&manufacture=XFX 5830

The 5830 is 75$ Cheaper, and would be GREAT if that was ok.

Wanna Check those out for me.

BTW, im keeping my Antec 600 :P

Why the 1090T?
And no, the 5830 is a card you get only if you absolutely need it/have your heart set on it. It uses more power than a 5850 and is a bit longer, too, and it yields performance closer to a 5770 than a 5850.

Either one, they will both cool about the same.
Choose whichever one you like better aesthetically.

tbh, why ask about being cheap once you hit the thousand dollar range lol. I mean, if you have the money, do what you do man. BTW, I would take the HD585XZNFV, it comes with AVP for free :D. Even if you have it, you can sell the extra for some money back

Ya, but it looks so Flimsy D:, also, I have AvP for the Xbox.

Are you on ModRetro? The smiley :stare: in your sig is the EXACT one that is there.

Disregard this if you have no clue what ModRetro is.

Also, you wanna buy AvP?
