TF2 Polycount Pack Contest Entries

I don't know all the details or rules of the contest. All I know is that Valve is turning one of these sets into community weapons.

What I would give for a Heavy with a sombrero and maracas. *sigh*

Yeah, and there are even more in the forums. Honestly, if nrek doesn't win with the sniper pack, I'm gonna be angry.

For me his final shots aren't being shown (seems the bandwidth capacity is being exceeded) but I've followed the thread the whole way through, and it's brilliant.

There are a ton of great ones there. and better yet, maybe we'll get an engie update with them too.


EDIT: many of my favorites aren't there, more than likely because everyone is linking their images and destroying the bandwidth limits. But if you think the ones that are up there are good... the ones that aren't are even better!

Um... I can link to his WIP thread, but it doesn't have the final products, because they're the same as the ones in the linked thread. however, because it's a bandwidth thing, they'll probably clear up in a while. just check back repeatedly and you'll see it.

Also, below each pic is a link to the person's WIP thread.... and there are typically a good number of pics in the WIP threads that show you almost finished models; you'll get the idea pretty quick if you go there.

EDIT: However, because nrek's is so awesome, I'll throw up a preview here for reference in case it continually has the problems with bandwidth. It should be noted that these are still WIPs and the final products look way better.
