Constant spam of Ads?

Ive been on the forums for a while now, and now Im receiving a constant spam from a advertisement of a survey With a very annoying voice asking me about surveys. Every time I try to Exit it out another one pops up. Ive already thought it was a malware but every time do a scan it comes out clean. Here is a pic of it. Im just wondering if theres a way I can block it or something like that nature

Hm..
Try running another scan, but do it in safe mode.
To do that, hit F8 at POST.

Just did that. turns out I had a nasty malware hiding in one of my flash drives.... In the password reset file... Thanks
