In celebration of my own recent purchase of EVE Online, I thought I might buy a few extra gifts to giveaway to the fine members of this community. As such, three 21-day trial pass and three 30-day Steam copies of EVE Online: Tyrannis are now available to win below - a combined total of 51-days for three (3) winners!

How to play:
  • Post in this thread below with a number between 1 and 1000.
  • A random number generator will select the winning number.
  • The three (3) entries closest to this random number will be selected as the winners!
    • In the case of a tie, the affected participants will be contacted by PM with further instructions.

Eligibility:

In order to eligible to participate in this contest, the following requirements must be met:
  • You must have been an official (accepted) member of eGO for at least a month prior to this contest.
  • You must not already own an active EVE Online account.
  • You must have a valid email address not tied to a previous EVE Online account or trial account.
  • You must have a valid Steam account not tied to a previous EVE Online account or trial account.

Rules of Contest:
  • This contest will run from the time of this posting until 07/02/2010 at 10:00PM EST.
    • Entries posted after this time will be ignored.
  • Each participant is allowed a single entry.
    • In case of multiple entries, only the first entry will be counted.
  • Winners will be selected and contacted within 48 hours with further details on how to activate their 51-days.
    • If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the entry is considered forfeit and the next closest entry will be chosen.

*sigh* i would submit but my graphics card is really old

i cant play eve

i spent an hour dling eve when i tried making a trial account

then when i went to try opening eve

Might want to try 3D Analyze. It will let your video card pretend it is supported and allow you to play games that you don't meet the "minimum" requirements for.
