Russian Spy ring.

Has anyone heard the news about the 11 people that were arrested by FBI and are accused of being part of a Russian spy ring? Its quite interesting stuff. Just wondering what everyone thought about it and if anyone else has heard of it. I can find the original article that I read if I find it ill be sure to post it.

Yeah I saw this on CNN yesterday. I'm not too worried, since it was the Kremlin and not Medvedev. Also apparently all the information all the spies received could have been found on the internet(fail lol). My question is, is why would the Kremlin go through all this trouble to obtain such miniscule information.

Well the spies are not being arrested so much for spying but more for not being registered as government agents for their country and money laundering. But yea Anna Chapman is part of the ring. Funny thing is seeing as how they got nothing really useful, yet the first couple of them came to America in about '98-'99. Long time for not having any info.

The Russians weren't even interested in US military secrets. They were just trying to get insight into our diplomatic maneuvers and such.

These people didn't report anything of significance. Yet their lifestyles were bankrolled by the SVR regardless of this.

Nice. Well the press says that every country sends spies to other countries. This isnt anything new that has been going on. Like I said the first of them came over here in 98.
