I'm on a substitute computer while I save up for my new one after mine broke. Whenever I boot up CS:S I get this...

The box in the corner is the Console, as my launch settings for this were Windowed and Console. I can still hear the clicking sounds when I move my mouse over where the buttons are. When I click play in my steam games, they try to tell me my drivers are outdated (I am using a GeForce 4MX XD) but I downloaded the latest drivers.
I've tried several different launch options, uninstalling and reinstalling CS:S, and even uninstalling my drivers, restarting, and downloading the newest drivers for this integrated GPU.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get CS:S running on this computer?

DXdiag uploaded below just in case.

go into the BIOS at startup and make sure that the maximum allowed RAM for video is selected

I would also suggest inputting "-dxlevel81" in properties

Neither of those things worked, also my BIOS only allows a very small amount of RAM in video, is there any way to override that?

Steam insists that my drivers need an update, but nVIDIA begs to differ...

I had problems with Source on my old PC years ago... You should be able to set your RAM useage for video to atleast 512mb(?) in BIOS

Same thing as windowed. All of my specs meet with CS:S's minimum requirements, 2.2 Ghz processor, 512 MB RAM (Which is what I'm heapsizing), DX 8.1 ...

They are enabled, but when I test Direct3D 8 and 9 the spinning cubes have a similar texture to the screen I posted before. Just a spinning cube with a bunch of random colors.

Can't say I do (and I need an AGP card to get a 10 year old computer working again). Just go and spend 30-50$ and get a new one.

Yeah I just opened the computer to find out I have an AGP slot. This might widen my horizons a bit.
