im getting random bfbc2 crashes again. ive verified the game cache updated punkbuster etc etc but nothing works.

whats happening is the game runs fine for awhile then everything just freezes and i have to do a manual restart. it was working fine up untill today

basic system specs:

i5 750
gigabyte p55-ud5
8gig geil evo ram
gtx 470
seasonic 750W pus

theres no reason why it shouldnt run on this system so i have no idea whats going on. anyone know a fix?

Yes sir.
Any more problems, feel free to post again! ^_^

its back again. ive been playing on local servers (Australian) fine but i just tried the eGO hardcore rush server and bam.

i can play for awhile (anywhere from 5 to 40 mins) then everything just freezes up and i have to restart. its starting to get really annoying

help.......?

Hi me:
i have the same problem try using /sfc scannow in cmd or go to ur setting.ini and change ur dx version to 9, 10 other thing u can try its disable ur onboard sound card from the BIOS and use a USB headset or try to get other sound card. i have tried every thing and nothing works so good luck man!
pd: I read a post that says that is a problem between pb and realtek drivers.

thanks for the info. i'll try the sound part 1st, just use my headset and see if it works. lets hope it fixes it

looks like it is the audio. i set my headset as the default sound device and everything worked fine
