Problem with Steam

So I am having problem with Steam and the problem is that once I have started Steam, it doesn't open any windows for it..
Store, Community, Library doesn't open for example but it does open Servers and Setting window for some reason..
I hope some member here know what is the issue and I'm hoping to get it fixed soon, thanks!

Btw I am running Windows 7 Professional Edition if that helps, and yes I have restarted steam and tried if it would help, but it didn't..
I've also ran steam trought administor without any good result.

Have you tried to reinstall STEAM?

I used to get this problem, but it was due to the fact I had, literally had, to watch some advertisement for it to work again.

delete the client.blob file and login in to steam

I deleted the client.blob file and it didn't work, I'm hoping that I don't have to reinstall steam :/

well if it does come down to reinstalling it then make sure you back up your games or just the ones you play the most in steam first then copy the files to your desktop. I uninstalled steam twice and the first time it didn't delete my games but the second time it did so yeah.
