this wasn't an accident, my guess is someone researched a number that when searched returned a low number of results (not hard), created the flash movie, uploaded it, spammed the link to probably 4chan to get it popular and to the top search spot, and the Feeling Lucky just loads the top result. That article is written by idiots. There's nothing really "inexplicable" about it, it was made into the top result and that's what Feeling Lucky loads. You could follow the same formula for literally any number or obscure word if there hit return is low enough.
