I'm in vent almost always when I play, and at times when not playing. Depends on the day and how I'm feeling.

I don't use ventrilo, not because I don't want to
but because I can't afford a mic, or talk on one atm because my gaming comp is in the lounge with the tv and my family.

But in the future, I hope to.

It gets so loud in vent sometimes that it is completely disruptive to any gaming. Sometimes I join vent for the smack talking, but usually I have to bail, as it's too much.
