Vent Mic?

Hey guys, didn't know where to post this so it goes here... can you recommend me a mic? maybe just the cheap one at walmart, or what? I already have headphones that I'd like to be able to use except I don't want one of those desk mics...

are there clip ons? i'm a newb :P

Anyway these are cheap but the sound quality and mic are great. Oh the $5.99 2-year warranty is also a great buy from Bestbuy; if your headphones run into any trouble the geek squad will get it fixed for free. Mostly just read the Terms & Conditions ;)

The only brands ive gotten for my Headset/Mic are Logitechs and they work great, never had any problems with them, but check out the Review Headset page kerak sent ya, they have great ones as well :)
 
Microsoft Lifechat LX-3000.

Insanely comfortable headphones (over-ear), ridiculous mic quality (nobody has ever said anything about static, and I use them to record podcasts/other stuff and I never need to edit anything like static or fuzz), and they make you look 1337.

Oh, and they're like, $30, so they're cheap for the quality you get.
 
If you decide to purchase a microphone, make sure to check out EdgeGamers Mall on the left side menu. When you purchase an item through our mall eGO gets a piece of the pie and I believe you might get a slight discount.
