Hello all,
For starters, this is unbelievably frustrating for many reasons. But first, the problem.
I load up steam, connect just fine and everything. A week ago I see at the bottom of the screen, 2 items downloading, so I clicked it and it was HL2 and CSS. GREAT! Well unfortunately it stopped downloading for whatever reason. Ive never had this problem, all drivers are up to date, and I havent changed anything. HL2 stuck at 0/512kb, CSS stuck at 3649.4mb/3691.8mb. Both continally go to "Suspended" status without me touching anything. So I click the resume and it goes to "paused" status. Click again and it goes to "updating" for about 5 secs then straight back to "Suspended".
So I double clicked CSS, it goes to verifying files...completes just fine. Still nothing. I checked on a bunch of forums which said to go into steam folder and delete a .blob file. Done and nothing. Checked more and found something about changing my "location". Done selected the next nearest location to me. Nothing.
Anyone else having this problem or have had this problem? I JUST WANT TO PLAY CSS! Any help would be geatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
