alright, so I think ive found something interesting.

if you look at the meter, you can see the settings go from blue, green, yellow, orange, red.

I think the wrench only appears when its in the red.

Just something for someone to try out, since I already wasted all my items trying to craft XD.

i assumed it was going to go up for the amount of wrenches dispensed...the closer to 100, the closer to red

Then how is it that were at 45 wrenches and its still in blue? should it not be near the middle?

Now 46 wrenches, my brother saw it happen ingame. Also, the thing spiked right before, so assuming that, then my theorie might be correct.

I don't get how you craft it? Is there a chance of getting no matter what you happen to craft? And do you just receive the wrench or both the wrench and the item you were attempting to craft =p

When you craft, you have a 100/however many people play TF2.

You get your Item+ the Wrench.

So it looks like this theory is debunked. The meter has moved to the 50% mark with ~50% of the wrenches gone. I watched the meter all day... Ok, for a few hours, The meter did not move when the wrenches 47, 48, and 49 were given away. But once 50 was, the meter moved to yellow.

Every item I find I rebuild a class token with the item in hopes I'll get lucky and find the wrench.

False it's the countdown to the update. Day one is blue, day 2 is green, day 3 is yellow. I thought it was that at first too but I realized it's the days. it'll be red on the day of the release.

I practically crafted all my spare Items in attempt to get the wrench and number #47 was given to isla about 3 minutes later.
