Game missing from steam library

Hey I'm in need some help with some of my games (Just Cause 2) dissapering from my library. When i try to start it it sends me to the store page. I have an email recipt and the account history page has records of purchase too.

I sent in a ticket so I have about 3-4 days (lol) before I get a response, so if anyone has any ideas to help fix this, that would be great.

I've tried all the ovious things too.

Try rebying it. Don't actually buy it but it might re direct you to a download.

you might go to steam support https://support.steampowered.com/ if you provide a proof of purchase the will add it back on your account.

You could try completely deleting the games folder, and it may come back to the list asking you to reinstall.

Have you tried deleting ClientRegistry.blob from the Steam folder?
