Chat Filter Removal Explanation

First off, I am in no way arguing with the decision to remove the chat filter on the servers as I know that it has already been debated extensively among leadership.

I just wanted to know what the official explanation was so myself and others would be able to pass along that explanation to players who ask about it, since they really do have the right to know why a change like that was made if they ask about it and recently a lot of players have been making comments of "oh well if we can't cuss, then why remove the chat filter hurhurhur?"
