Theme: Is there a certain theme you'd like (games, anime, war, etc)?
Border: Would you like a border around the sig?
Name: How would you like your name to show up (if at all)?
Subtext: Do you want any other text in the sig?
Font: Do you have a font in mind that you'd like us to use?
Render: Do you have a picture already that you'd like in the sig?
Brightness: Would you like the sig to be darker or lighter?
Avatar: Do you want a matching avatar for the forum?
