Emergency; I will have to take a break from the clan.

I'm going to have to take an emergency break from the clan. It's not going to be fun; especially considering it will ruin the holidays almost entirely, and it's just not something anyone wants to go through.

I'm heading to Osaka, Japan, to see my girlfriend, Chie. She had to move back there because her family was tired of being treated with prejudice here in the states. This doesn't sound like a bad thing, now does it? A vacation to Japan to see your long distance girlfriend? Well, unfortunately it's because she is in a coma.

I am not at liberty to say how she ended up that way, as I do not feel comfortable speaking it aloud, and her parents requested I don't tell anyone to retain her shame and dignity. I will be leaving immediately, in approximately an hour. Although Chie has shown and told me a lot about her home, I have never actually been there, so I have no idea how long it will take for me to get there.

As for how long I am staying, I will be staying as long as it takes. I am deeply in love with Chie, I have been for almost 4 years, and I will be there no matter how long it takes for her to wake up, and in the worst case scenario, if she doesn't wake.

I know none of you know her, but please wish for her safety.
