Gamestop is doing a launch party at midnight, kinda like a mini tournament where I'm at. I love RTS, played a lot of warcraft and some SC, but not SC2. I'm dying for it but I'm so broke it's not even funny lol.

so apparently you can only host a custom map game if its a custom map in the top 50 or if you made the map yourself. This is making it nearly impossible for newer original maps to get played by more people and is also the reason why 99% of games are the same old tower defense.
Why would they do this? It's like the opposite of valve, let's stifle community modding! I heard they are going to start charging money for the most popular custom maps soon...
