How often do you talk with your Division's Leadership?

Always. If there is no DLs or advisors in INS I go to CSS or TF2 and talk I try not to bug them they are mostly busy

The only member of my leadership to whom I see and speak in-game often is Cryptex.

normally, they're too busy in vent.
But there are times when they are in game and can talk to have fun.
they just seem to be busy in leadership only rooms doing leadership only things.

Well, I'm a TF2 Admin Trainer so not a day goes by that either they're telling me what to do or I'm reminding them that telling me what to do is a bannable offense

Seriously folks, if you are in TF2 and say you rarely talk to leadership it's your own fault. TF2 practically owns the #edgegamers IRC channel and there's ALWAYS a couple of advisors hanging out in Vent.

Rarely, unless you count in my attempts to own Cryptex in jail. Other than that, I just don't feel like annoying the leadership. It could come back to haunt me. >.>
