I wouldn't necessarily say that they're high-quality but they're pretty good.
My brother recently bought a pair; I tried them out and they're a little flat on the bass end..

My brother has the Lowriders. But I doubt I'd be impressed anyway... (no offense or anything)
Personally, I use sennheiser hd280's but I'd like to up the ante and get a pair of Grado SR80's some time (since they're also more portable than the sennheisers..)...
