Metro 2033 Help

So I just bought Metro 2033 from the THQ website, downloaded it, it's in my steam library, and when I click to play it, it says "The program can't start because PhysXLoader.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." The thing is, is that I can go to the common folder in my steam folder, and I can run it perfectly fine from there, is there a way to fix this?

That's weird. Verify cache?
Uninstall/reinstall?

Well, I've been googling around for the past hour, and got it, you have to go into your install folder (inside metro 2033 folder) and run the PhysX(insert patch numbers here)SystemSoftware, run that, if it asks you to uninstall it, do that, and then reinstall it using the same thing... Apparently it's not updated, but I don't use Nvidia cards so idk. But it works.

have you ever had an nvidia card in the past? perhaps you have some leftover geforce drivers?

do you have an nforce motherboard?
