Figured it out, the very last thing i checked is the thing i should have checked first. Graphics driver... i updated it 10 minutes ago and whatya know? IT WORKS. I'm back guys see you around.

Remove thread if needed.

Ya i was about to post about graphic drivers. I had Fable on PC once and it wouldnt load up or if it did it was a black screen. Then i updated my drivers and TADA!!! It worked.

i was gonna say I had windows 7 on my laptop and everything I had ran fine on there but glad you got it sorted bro
