Metal ( Now with Zinc! ) disguised as meat. What do you think fuels them to have 300 health? Imagine if a scout or medic got a bite of that!
 
I'm with Mobilize on this. There's got to be some Kael in there someplace. Because once you go kael, you never go back.

who says its the same sandvich every time? maybe sometimes its ham sometimes its bologna i mean the heavy is a simple minded creature but i am sure he enjoys variety just like everyone else...and sometimes he even has a sweet tooth and decides to bring chocolate instead for a sandwich

The heavy says it's ham, but I know, I know, it's his enemies spines ground up into meat he's eating. I swear I saw it happen once.
