I hate it, becase I can't get it to run on my system. It goes to load the game/map/whatever, and then crashes to the desktop. I tired reinstalling to no avail.

It's excellent for a free game. I wouldn't pay too much for it if it had been a payed game, but as something valve is just giving away to its players; it's brilliant.
