annoying lag

well lately i've been lagging so much i can't play, i've tried everything but non of it has helped. here's my specs:

OS: Windows XP SP2
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual-core
Video Card: Intergrated Radeon x1250
RAM: 1GB DDR2
ISP: Verizon FiOs on wireless connection

I am currently deleting everything that has to do with dod:s and reinstalling it.

Define your lagg a bit better please. Spikes, consistant etc. Stuttering, goign back in time etc.

Please tell us what your video settings are on, resolution as well as details, and use net_graph 3 to tell us the details which are shown with that tool.

Uhhh You might wanna get a new video card seeing as intergrated is not good for gaming.

You can also try lowering the Video settings if you haven't already.
