every time i run the oblivion install setup i get this

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling?

That error also indicates that even though the files extracted successfully, something is wrong.
Try redownloading or listening to Soldier.

What Ric said, something could have just gone wrong during installation, I would suggest using Revo Uninstaller and completely re-downloading it.
