How to; Open Ports

I changed the question,

I was wondering how to get into my router, but i found out how.

Now when I go to here:

The ports still dont work; I test it with a port forwarding program.

Somebody know what I did wrong?

Hey, yes I was looking for you a lot becaus i know you know a lot about these things. But we're online at such different times becaus of the time difference.
Anway I already found out what i did wrong, thanks tho
