Would you guys say this is a good build?

I suppose I will go for the 5870's then.

Which manufacturer should I go with? the XFX's double lifetime warranty looks very tempting.

Really, if you have the money 1 5970 and 1 5870 would be amazing. That's what I think you should go for, but for the manufacture I really don't suggest XFX. They're tempting to most people because of the warranty but they really aren't that great.

IMO Go Saphire.

So are you going with the 5970/5870 combo? It will be amazing.

Manufactuers don't really have "perks" it's just the cooling/quality/look of the card. I've had great experiences with Sapphire so I was recommending them.

I would recommend ASUS over XFX, but Sapphire is pretty close to ASUS imo.
 
the power supply i posted on the 1st page would be perfect for this build
 
I went for the 950w instead :x

But thanks for the help, I am hoping to be able to get the parts soon... Whenever that may be....

Any tips on what I should look out for when putting the parts together? This is my first time.
