SC2's amazing. You don't have to be great at RTS, you can learn along the way so don't be intimidated because it looks complicated.

Wow, I'm surprised so many people aren't interested in it; most people I've talked to that planned on buying it but were expecting it to just be BroodWar with better graphics were terribly wrong.

This game's great people! If you loved UMS games in BroodWar, you're going to be addicted to SC2 for a loooong time. This game is far from an exact remake of BroodWar, and is an amazing, enjoyable game that anyone can enjoy playing; if you're a competitive player, there are the standard 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and FFA. If you're more of a Custom game person, I'm sure one of the millions of maps out will please you to your heart's content.

I'd definitely suggest buying StarCraft 2, for those who need the push to buy it. Sure, it has a learning curve, but all games generally do. Once you start getting the hang of it, the game's alot of fun.
