Weapons: Tony Stark (Iron Man)
Melee Fighter: Beatrix Kiddo (Kill Bill)
Medic: Perry Cox (Scrubs)
Survivor who is on the brink of insanity due to the apocalypse: Micheal Scott (The Office
Comedian that keeps team spirit up: Will Ferrell
Driver: Vin Diesel
 
Leadership: USCG Hammer. He'd use his hammer to own the zombies.
Weapons: UZI, Large Tank, Nuclear Bomb, Terminator
Melee Fighter: Machette
Medic: Nurse from Texas.
Survivor who is on the brink of insanity due to the apocalypse: Beta, he just stares until they drop dead. 0.1-0.01 second delay.
Comedian that keeps team spirit up: Storm7117
Driver: Jimmy Kudo. Since he CANT drive, he'd spend most of the time nailing zombies.

Leadership: Samuel L. Jackson. He has a very low arbitrary death rate, except for Deep Blue Sea.
Weapons: Niko Bellic from GTA IV for his uncanny ability to carry enough weapons and ammo for a small platoon somewhere hidden out of sight on his body.
Melee Fighter: Wolverine. Nuff said.
Medic: Doogie Howser, M.D. You can't let a kid doctor lose too many patients in a comedy.
Survivor who is on the brink of insanity due to apocalypse: Steve Buscemi, circa Con-Air.
Comedian that keeps team spirit up: Bender Bending Rodriguez, since he can bend zombies to death too, and would be immune to any pathogens.
