Ps3 Update?

Hello, Again fellow gamers its good to see alot of active players on tf2/css| So i was wondering if anybody can try to hack or cheat the Ps3 into playing ps2 games i looked them up on youtube but the cheat didnt work any other suggestions?

The current PS3 line does not support backwards compatibility with PS2 games. When the first batch of PS3s came out they did ship with PS2 compatibility. The newer models do not have this.

You currently cannot mod or cheat the PS3 into playing PS2 games but you can still play PS1 games.

If you have a strong enough PC, you could use PCSX2 as an PS2 emulator, and play with your PS3 controller using MotioninJoy's drivers.

I still have my PS2 hooked up next to my PS3, but I prefer playing PS2 games on my PC do to the enhanced texture processing and anti-aliasing options.

well since the ps2 is still selling (very well), they aren't just going to have backwards compatibility on their console if they can make a buck by selling the ps2, so when the ps2 sales die, then you will get a new line of ps3s that can play ps2 games.
